June 18 Legislative Caucus Update



HelpMe2Stop recently delivered a comprehensive briefing to both caucuses of the PA State Legislature. In a strategic alliance with the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) and The Kennedy Forum, we presented a historic, silo-free medical-legal blueprint designed to establish permanent National Insurance Parity for BFRB stabilization.


Key Milestones Shared with Lawmakers:

  1. Closing the Loop: Our blueprint bridges the critical gap between medical clinicians and specialized hair loss salons, ensuring a seamless, unified network of professional care.
  2. Protecting the Community: We enforce strict clinical standards to protect individuals from unvetted practices, ensuring only ethically trained, board-licensed, and vetted HelpMe2Stop P.H.D. (Professional Hairdressers DoNoHarm) specialists provide care alongside licensed clinicians.
  3. Fiscal Responsibility: Our infrastructure blueprint requires $0 in State Funding.
  4. Proven Economic Impact: Based on our 15+ year systemic tracking data, early intervention and stabilization care models save taxpayers and insurance providers six figures over time.
